Ride Explorer 는 Hyena 구동계(HAP 2.0)를 쓰는 전기자전거를 위한 서드파티 앱입니다. 제조사 공식 앱이 아니며, Hyena Inc. 와 관계가 없습니다.

필요한 것

• iOS 17 이상 iPhone, Bluetooth 를 켠 상태. Apple Watch 앱은 선택입니다.
• Hyena 구동계를 쓰는 전기자전거. 자전거 전원을 켜고 가까이 있어야 연결됩니다.

자주 묻는 질문

• 자전거가 목록에 나오지 않아요. 자전거 전원을 켜고 iPhone 의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Bluetooth 에서 Ride Explorer 가 허용돼 있는지 확인하세요. 다른 앱이 자전거에 연결돼 있으면 먼저 그 연결을 끊어 주세요.
• 설정을 바꿀 수 없어요. 모든 설정 쓰기는 자전거가 완전히 멈춘 상태에서만 됩니다. 앱이 아직 확인하지 못한 자전거는 읽기 전용이며, 앱에서 호환성 리포트를 보내면 확인 후 지원을 추가합니다.
• 원래 설정으로 되돌리고 싶어요. 앱은 처음 읽은 원본 값을 자동으로 보관합니다. 자전거 탭에서 언제든 복원할 수 있습니다.
• 주행 기록은 어디에 저장되나요? 기기 안에만 저장되며, 파일 앱의 Ride Explorer 폴더에서 볼 수 있습니다.
• 보낸 정보를 지우고 싶어요. 속도 제한 승인 요청은 설정 → 계정·승인에서, 호환성 리포트는 설정 → 내 호환성 리포트에서 지울 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 보세요.

설정 변경은 보증, 안전, 지역 법규에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 변경한 뒤에는 안전한 장소에서 먼저 확인하세요.

Ride Explorer is a third-party app for e-bikes with a Hyena drive system (HAP 2.0). It is not an official manufacturer app and is not affiliated with Hyena Inc.

Requirements

• An iPhone with iOS 17 or later, with Bluetooth turned on. The Apple Watch app is optional.
• An e-bike with a Hyena drive system, powered on and nearby.

Frequently asked questions

• My bike doesn't show up. Turn the bike on, and check that Ride Explorer is allowed under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth. If another app is connected to the bike, disconnect it first.
• I can't change a setting. Every write needs the bike to be fully stopped. Bikes the app has not verified yet stay read-only; send a compatibility report from the app and support will be added once it is checked.
• I want my original settings back. The app keeps the original values it first read. You can restore them from the Bike tab at any time.
• Where are my rides stored? Only on your device, in the Ride Explorer folder of the Files app.
• I want to delete what I sent. Delete a speed-limit approval request under Settings → Account & Approval, and compatibility reports under Settings → My Compatibility Reports. See the privacy policy for details.

Caution

Changing settings can affect warranty, safety and local regulations. After a change, check the bike in a safe place first.
